We provide a comprehensive aftersales service which provides total peace of mind for all our customers.

We would like to think that all installations progress smoothly with no problems arising during the fitting process or afterwards. However, at Harp we are realists, and our considerable experience in this business proves that very occasionally things sometimes do go slightly wrong, however unintentional that may be. For instance, sealed units are sometimes broken on site, or are maybe marked internally or scratched, and will need to be replaced. 

In the unlikely event that any problem should arise with your installation, we are fully committed to providing our customers with a service second to none:

	We're fully committed to rectifying any problem. In the unlikely event that any problem should arise after your installation, then we are fully committed to rectifying it, and at a time that's convenient to you. We won't keep you waiting in all day, and we can usually be on site within 1-2 hours of your call if necessary.
	We're members of FENSA. And as members of FENSA, we are obliged to offer a guarantee or warranty covering the cost of completing rectification work in respect of defects and in the event of ceasing to trade, and offer to back this guarantee with an independent insurance policy. 	Our products are fully guaranteed. All our products are supplied and fitted fully guaranteed for ten years and our Guarantee Protection Insurance backed warranties offer complete peace of mind for all our customers.

Customer satisfaction surveys

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we cannot emphasize enough the value of good customer communication, particularly during an installation.

To this end, in June 2008 we introduced a straightforward customer satisfaction survey, which is given to all our customers to complete after installation. Customers are not obliged to complete these questionnaires, however we are delighted to have received an excellent response from them.

Surveys can be viewed at our Bushey showroom. Throughout 2009, 146 questionnaires were completed by customers with a 100% positive feedback for each question.
