	This is a somewhat belated 'Thank you' for the service and workmanship you and the fitters gave us in installing our new windows and doors. Now that the windier weather is around we appreciate the lack of draught, and ease of access, especially through the garden doors. Customer satisfaction surveys
Since mid June 2008, we are now asking customers to complete a short satisfaction survey following installation. Customers are not obliged to complete these questionnaires, however we have received an excellent response from them.
